Refunds and Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be sent to FVSC@tcfv.org with a subject line stating “REFUND” no later than May 16, 2025, to be considered for a refund minus a 25% processing fee. All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Payments by credit card will be refunded to the card on record and may take 30 days to process post conference. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after May 16, 2025. Refunds will be processed and made after June 1, 2025.
