Refunds and Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be sent to FVSC@tcfv.org with a subject line stating “REFUND” no later than May 16, 2025, to be considered for a refund minus a 25% processing fee. All cancellations and refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Payments by credit card will be refunded to the card on record and may take 30 days to process post conference. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after May 16, 2025. Refunds will be processed and made after June 1, 2025.  

Payments and Receipts: If you paid online, you should have received a receipt email from the Texas Council on Family Violence. If you did not immediately receive an automated receipt upon payment, please check your spam folder and/or email us at FVSC@tcfv.org for support.
