THOUGHT LEADERS COHORT
Thought Leaders is an intensive cohort-based program for new and tenured executive directors and chief executive officers. This yearlong program is designed to offer members an opportunity to expand and enhance leadership skills in a high-impact, transformational experience. Thought Leaders Cohort aims to:
- Harness the experience of family violence organizational experts to lead the domestic violence movement in a bold new direction.
- Provide access to emerging nonprofit management principles and resources.
- Bring family violence organizational leaders together to build a network they can lean on for long-term support.
The cohort consists of three to four in-person gatherings and requires travel. TCFV reimburses participants for travel, per diem and lodging. Registration is complimentary and requires filling out an application. Applications are usually distributed in late summer or early fall. Cohort meeting runs two days in various cities throughout Texas.
